Sondiko S400 blowtorch.  This blowtorch is a brand and use that I personally stand by.  This push button start comes with a twist child lock so it won't accidentally be turned on or leak butane.  The easy set for +/- gives you whatever setting you need for toasting marshmallows and all of your other culinary needs.
